As bike shop owners ourselves, we were tired of all of the paper service tickets floating around - so easy to lose, misinterpret, and trying to read the handwriting was getting annoying. Let alone keeping file cabinets of all of the past tickets! So we set out to create a solution that allowed us to focus on bikes, not tickets.

Even though we are bike shop owners now, we came from a software background - creating 6 different software companies from 1998 to 2020 that revolutionized the delivery industry. When we sold out we swore we'd never get back in...but here we are again - utilizing our experience to futurize another industry!
